Privacy Policy — IRL Lore Pipeline

IRL Lore Pipeline ("the app") is a private production tool. Only the operator of the IRL Lore channels uses it, to publish those channels' own videos on YouTube (@IRLLoreTV) and TikTok. It is not offered to the public.
YouTube API Services
The app uses YouTube API Services. By using the app you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
TikTok
The app uses TikTok Login Kit, the Display API and the Content Posting API. It sends our own videos to our own TikTok account's inbox as drafts; the account owner then finishes and publishes each post in the TikTok app. Use of TikTok is subject to the TikTok Terms of Service and the TikTok Privacy Policy.
What data the app accesses
- YouTube: with the channel owner's permission (Google OAuth), the app uploads videos, thumbnails, and subtitle files to the owner's own channel. It also sets their titles, descriptions, and translations. It reads basic information about the owner's own channel and videos (for example video IDs and upload status) to confirm that uploads succeeded.
- TikTok: with the account owner's permission (TikTok Login Kit), the app reads the owner's basic profile information (display name and open ID) to confirm which account is signed in, uploads video files to that account's drafts, and reads the owner's own account statistics (follower, like and video counts) and the view, like, comment and share counts of the owner's own public videos, to track how our videos perform.
- The app does not collect, read, or store data about viewers or any other YouTube or TikTok users.
How data is stored and shared
- OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored only on the operator's own computer and are never shared.
- Video IDs, publish IDs, and upload status are kept in a local production log.
- No data is sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
- The app uses no cookies and no analytics.
Revoking access and deleting data
Access can be revoked at any time:
- Google / YouTube: security.google.com/settings/security/permissions
- TikTok: in the TikTok app, go to Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services permissions, and remove IRL Lore Pipeline.
Once access is revoked, the stored tokens stop working and are deleted from the operator's computer. To have any other stored data deleted, contact us at the address below. We will delete it within 30 days.
